Passed away at his residence in London on Saturday, March 17, 2018, at the age of 87. Predeceased by his loving wife of 50 years, Loretta (2006). Cherished father of his only son, Brian (Lisa). Dear grandfather to Breanne (Dave) and Bailee (Dylan). Bill was born in Montreal and moved with his family to London in 1979. He spent 45 years in the hospitality business managing hotels in both Montreal and London. Bill was a long-time member of the London Rotary Club and was chairman of a very successful Easter Seal Campaign in 1987. He was chosen as Rotarian of the year in 1987 and was the very proud recipient of the Ray Lawson Award. Thank you to Barry Brownlee for being a friend and a chauffeur over the years. A funeral service will be conducted at ST. ANNE’S ANGLICAN CHURCH (Byron), 1344 Commissioners Road West, London on Thursday, March 22, 2018 at 4:00 p.m., with Rev. Valerie Kenyon officiating. Visitation at the church from 3:00 p.m. until the time of service. Interment in St. Anne’s Anglican Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, donations in Bill’s memory to the Kidney Foundation of Canada would be greatly appreciated.
