Wendy Van Vliet (née Carver)

Passed away in Ottawa on Sunday, May 17^th, 2015. Loving mother of Elisabeth (Conrad) and John (Rachelle). Dear Grammy to Grace, John and Analise. Survived by her sisters Sandra (Mike) and Ann, and her brother Todd (Sherry). Predeceased by her first husband George Van Vliet and second husband James Hodgins. Also predeceased by her parents Albert and Beverley Carver and brother-in-law Peter Tornabuono. A visitation will be held at the Westview Funeral Chapel, 709 Wonderland Rd. N., London, ON N6H 4L1 on Sunday, May 24^th, 2015 from noon until the time of service at 1 p.m. Reception to follow. A private burial will be held at Woodland Cemetery, London, ON.
