REID, Wayne Dorn – It is with great sadness that we announce the sudden passing of Wayne Dorn Reid. Wayne was born on September 9, 1949 in Toronto and passed away in the month of November 2010 in London. Wayne is survived by his loving wife, Jennifer, his sons, Philip, Sean, (Izzy), Christopher and Erik and grandson Joma. He will be missed by mother-in-law Tula, who held a special spot in her heart for Wayne. He leaves behind one sister, Sylvia, husband Klaus and daughter Chrystal and husband Chris. He will be missed by sister-in-law Arlene and daughter Alana, brother-in-law, Rodger, his wife Dru, and their daughter Jade and son Dylan, sister-in-law, June and husband Gabriel and their daughters Lazara, husband Jay, Leonora, Michelle and Angel and sister-in-law Charmaine, husband Harvel and son Preston. Wayne will be remembered with love and sorrow by family and friends who knew him. Visitation will be held at Westview Funeral Chapel, 709 Wonderland Rd N., on December 11th 2010 from 7-9 PM. A funeral service will be held at the NORTH LONDON SDA Church, 800 Fleet St. on December 12th; 3:00 PM. Following the service, please join us for a small repast to celebrate his life at the Church. In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to the Heart and Stroke Foundation or Canadian Diabetes Foundation.

Jennifer and boys, I offer my deepest sympathies for the loss of Wayne. Although we had lost touch over the past 5/6 years we had been friends for over 4 decades. In fact I remember when he told me he was going to Jamaica to marry you! I hope to get to one of the services, but have mobility issues. God Bless and give you confort.
