Vitorino Rodrigues
April 5, 2022
After a long and much-lived life of 92 years here on earth, Vitorno now begins a forever vacation in the Heavens, where he joins his beloved wife Ilda (2020).
Vitorino was a “jack of all trades,” including being a master carpenter, painter, gardener and barber. He put everything he had into everything he did. He also deeply loved his pets. Most importantly, Vitorino was a wonderful husband, father, grandfather and great-grandfather. He will be forever missed, loved and cherished by his daughter Grace, son-in-law José, as well as granddaughters Annette (James) and Ashley (Chris). His granddaughters and great-grandchildren called him “Vo” and the times spent together over the years and his playing with Harrison, Charlie, and Henry will live on in their memories. He had the pleasure of holding the latest addition of twins Jasper and Lily.
Adeus meu querido pai. Ate um dia onde nόs vamos de certo poder abraçar e beijar de novo. Que os ventos levem a nossa saúdade e que ela chegue ao seu distino.
A private funeral service will be conducted at Westview Funeral Chapel. In lieu of flowers, those wishing to make a donation in Vitorino’s memory are asked to consider the Alzheimer Society Southwest Partners or the Heart & Stroke Foundation of Canada.
