Peacefully at peopleCare Oakcrossing on Thursday, August 27, 2015, Vincenzo Pisani, of London, in his 73rd year. Beloved husband of Assunta Pisani. Cherished Papa of Franco (Kirsty), Patrizia and Marco (Nicola), all of London. Loving Nono of Juliana, Isabella, Noah, Sofia and Siena. Survived by his sister Silvana (Tony), and by several other siblings in Italy. Visitation will be held on Sunday from 7:00 – 9:00 p.m. at WESTVIEW FUNERAL CHAPEL, 709 Wonderland Road North, London, where the funeral service will be conducted on Monday, August 31, 2015 at 11:00 a.m. Those wishing to make a donation in memory of Vincenzo are asked to consider the Alzheimer Society of London and Middlesex.

Suzy and Family, we are very saddened to hear of Vince's passing. We have very fond memories of times spent at your house. Vince was always a wonderful host and a great neighbor. Dear Assunta and Family; At a time of this, it is difficult to find the 'proper' words. So I am going to speak from my heart. I am so very sorry for your loss, for having to LET HIM GO to finish his journey. He has arrived at home, at home with his heavenly Father. He does not have to suffer any longer and is happy. He knew all this when he was ready to begin this journey, as he affirmed this when he smiled at his brother-in-law and then left all of us. Oh I know, there is pain in your heart right now. Be patient with yourself, God will help you in every way. I like to share this poem with you: You can shed tears because he is gone You can smile because he has lived You can close your eyes and think of him You can be happy that he was with you.
