Peacefully at Victoria Hospital, on Friday, April 27, 2018, Venessa Brown, of London, in her 67th year. Beloved wife of the late Howard. Cherished mother of Erica. Dear sister of Stanley (Laura) Clarke, Roger (Maureen) Clarke, Judy (Cecil) Clarke, and Henry (Patricia) Clarke. Also missed by Alma Clarke and by many nieces and nephews. Predeceased by her parents Andrew and Melvina, and by her brother, Pastor Cecil Clarke. The funeral service will be conducted at WESTVIEW FUNERAL CHAPEL, 709 Wonderland Road North, London on Wednesday, May 2, 2018 at 1:00 p.m., with visitation one hour prior. Interment in Woodland Cemetery. Those wishing to make a donation in memory of Venessa are asked to consider the London Regional Cancer Program or the London Humane Society.

We are so saddened to hear of the passing of Vanessa, a wonderful and caring woman, who always had a smile and kind word. Our thoughts and prayers are also for Erica, as well as other family members. We will miss her here at Riverview.
Thank you Venessa for all that you did for us at 284, you were a Super Super, I will miss your lovely smile and chats that we had often, and miss you dearly as a next door neighbour. Sympathy to all of the family, especially her wonderful daughter, Erica.

To Erica, so sorry to hear of your mom's passing and to Stanley, Roger, Judy, Henry and your families, we extend our deepest condolences on the loss of Vanessa. We have fond memories of growing up together years ago with our cousins in Cottrells Cove. Take comfort in knowing she is at peace.
