With great sadness, we announce the sudden passing of Valerie McParland on November 3, 2018 at University Hospital in London, Ont. Beloved wife of Peter McParland. Loving and devoted mother to Heath Edwards (Jessica), Shane Edwards (Maria) and Meaghan McParland. She will be missed by her grandchildren Emilia, Christian, Chase, Alexandra and Malika. Sister to Brian (Patricia), Keith (Nicole), Derek, Malcolm (Shelly) and Roger Carrier. Born in Glasgow, Scotland. Daughter of the late Agnes and Ronald Carrier. A service and gathering will be held at WESTVIEW FUNERAL CHAPEL, 709 Wonderland Road North, London, on Saturday, November 10, 2018, at 7:00 p.m. Donations to SARI Therapeutic Riding are appreciated, in lieu of flowers.

Dear Pete and megan, I am so sorry to hear of Vals passing. It was a total shock. She was a wonderful lady and I truly enjoyed my visits with her daily while she was was on the fourth floor. All of you were so friendly and full of joy. It's really nice to see families that close. Pete like I said before to you when you look up the word husband in the dictionary your picture is there. Value couldn't have got through it without you being there every day. Megan your mom talked so highly of you. She was so proud of you and always looked forward to your calls and visits. She will be greatly missed she was loved by everyone. Take care my friends
