Peacefully at home on Saturday, June 25, 2016. Tracy is survived by her husband and great friend Bryan and the most important and dearest things to her heart, her children Emma and Graham. She is the daughter of Bob and the late Judy Shrubsall of Stratford and sister to Blair and his wife Carolyn Shrubsall of Strathroy. Tracy had a special relationship with Judy’s sister Brenda Nutter. She will be dearly missed by Bryan’s parents Ruth and Carden Vickers of Walkerton, his brother Ian and his wife Nancy and her sister-in-law Sarah for whom Tracy had great affection. Born in Ottawa on September 5, 1970, Tracy was raised in Stratford, Ontario and was proud of that. Tracy is a graduate of the University of Guelph (BSc 1993) and Conestoga College Registered Nursing (Stratford Campus 1996). Tracy had an ability to establish and maintain great friendships as she supported Bryan’s career in different communities. She was an active volunteer at schools, community organizations and charities in London. Reading, playing cards, cooking and entertaining for friends and family were all things she loved to do. We have great memories of her playing tennis and golf with her friends at the London Hunt Club. Our family would like to thank the wonderful and tireless support Tracy’s friends provided her over the last twenty months. Also thank you to the professional teams at the London Regional Cancer Program and her Palliative Care doctors and nurses. Visitation will be held on Wednesday from 2:00 – 4:00 and 6:00 – 9:00 p.m. at WESTVIEW FUNERAL CHAPEL, 709 Wonderland Road North, London, where the memorial service will be conducted on Thursday, June 30th, 2016 at 11:00 a.m. Reception to follow at the London Hunt Club. Those wishing to make a donation in memory of Tracy are asked to consider Merrymount Children’s Centre or the Breast Care Program at St. Joseph’s Health Care Foundation, London.
