I had the pleasure of working with Tim at Union Station for several months. During his tenure at union station project I found him a very friendly and a sincere team player. He would not leave no stone unturned for any kind of task associated with the project. He created a safe work environment for his crew members and reported all his concerns to the project team in a proactive manner. He will be missed. My prayers and thoughts are with Tim's family.

I had the opportunity to work with Tim on two big project, one DATA Center and the other an expansion & renovation of a hospital. Tim is an extremely wonderful person as a colleague, friend, motivator and a reference for various construction techniques and he enforces construction safety to protect everyone at site. He also supported the project team so well that I really missed him in my subsequent projects. He is also very quality conscious so that the works managed by Tim are a class apart. I will miss Tim a lot. I pray Almighty to grant him eternal peace. Thoppil Varghese.

My deepest sympathy to Marion, Greg, Linda and extended family. Tim was one of my earliest childhood friends, we spent countless hours playing on the beach. In our teens we attended the same highschool, sat in the same classes, shared the same friends. Our families became friends and visited in London and at the lake. Tim will be truly missed ! Hugs, Janet

My most sincere condolences on Tim's passing. Looking back, Tim was my best friend from grade 1 through to about grade 5 when my family moved to Cambridge Ontario. We lived about 15 houses apart in London, and our grand parents both had cottages, about 9 cottages apart, near St. Joseph Ontario on Lake Huron. We were always together at the cottage and in London. I will miss him; the cottages created a special bond between us.
