Tania Bataligin

Tania Bataligin, 66, passed peacefully in her sleep on Monday, November 27th, 2023, with her husband of 45 years, Nickolai Bataligin, at her bedside.

Tania was a loving and faithful wife to Nickolai, and a loving and ever caring mother to her sons, Sasha and Michael, along with his wife Pam, and to the newest addition of the family, her granddaughter, Evelyn. Tania is also survived by her two brothers, Yuri and Michael Popov.

Tania’s time here was an example of a life well lived for the glory of God, especially during the difficult times.  She set an example for her family and for those who knew her, of living a humble, kind and compassionate life. She will be missed, and yet has left a Godly impression on all those who knew her, which she received from her parents, Elena and Fedor Popov, with whom she is reunited on the other side of Eternity.

Visitation will be held on Friday, December 1, 2023 from 6:00 – 8:00 p.m. at Westview Funeral Chapel, 709 Wonderland Road North, London, where the funeral service will be conducted on Saturday, December 2, 2023 at 9:00 a.m. A livestream of the service will be available for those unable to attend in person.

Interment will follow the service at Mount Pleasant Cemetery. There will be a reception following the interment at House of Prayer, 1170 Wilton Grove Road, London, Ontario.
