I was truly shocked and saddened upon hearing of Susan's passing. Even though I knew her only through work, I felt a friendship as we took time for little chats whenever she was in. I will miss them and her immensely. My condolences and thoughts are with all the family.

Rick, we are sorry and saddened to hear about Susan from Barb. Although we had only met her a few times over the years, and did not know her very well, our hearts are touched by your sudden loss. Please know that our thoughts are with you at this difficult time. Take care of yourself.

Really sorry to hear about the tragedy Rick. Hard to believe when things like this happen, however important now to live your life in the way Susan would want you to. She is now in a good place and would want you to carry on and be happy.

Rick & Margaret: We cannot tell you how sad were to hear of Susan's passing. She was a warm, caring and thoughtful person. We will not forget how kind you all have been to my mom, Agnes, and how she was accepted as part of your family. Our thoughts and prayers are with you at this sad time.

Every once and awhile you meet a couple who are genuine, through and through. We met such a couple many years ago and Susan will be so sadly missed. She is a treasure. To Rick our most sincere sympathy and know that our thoughts and prayers are with you - now and always.

My deepest and most sincere respects are being sent with a very heavy heart! I am so thankful to have known Susan, and luckily just recently took my daughter and unborn granddaughter to see her last week. Susan will be missed more than I can say.... My condolences to you Rick, and to your family. I was blessed to be a part of Susan's life 20 years ago when she supported me through a difficult time. I will forever be indebted to her for her love, patience, and gentleness in my time of need. While we lost touch over the years, she remained a special person in my heart....and will continue to. Although it has been many years since the Steele family moved from Susan Avenue we have many memories of our former neighbours and are saddened at the passing of Susan. Our sympathy and prayers to her family and all who loved her. The Holy Sacrifice of the Mass is being offered for the Repose of the Soul of Susan Steele at the request of the Wunder family. May she rest in peace.

We are all richer and better people, as we had the priveledge of being able to know, love, and be loved by Susan. Her special gift of her open arms, and open love, and caring of family and friends has taught me a life long lesson. She carried her auroa of caring and strength wherever she went.
