Sue Caetano

It is with heavy hearts that we share the sudden passing of our beloved sister, Sue (affectionately known as Suzie Q). During her final moments, Sue was surrounded by her loved ones as she entered peacefully into the arms of our Lord in her 65th year.

Sue was the cherished daughter of Victoria Caetano and the late Evangelista Caetano (2010); Loving sister to Lucy Barreiras (João), Donzilia Ventura (Aderito), and George Caetano (Susan); Devoted aunt to Suzily (Manuel), Michael (Suzana), Cindy, Jennifer (Tyler), Nicholas, Spencer, and Ethan; as well as a proud great ti-ti to Julie and Luca.

Her warmth and kindness extended beyond her immediate family. Sue will be greatly missed and much loved by her aunts, uncles, and cousins in Canada and Portugal.

Known for her vibrant spirit, infectious smile, love of books, heartfelt phone calls and her love for the family dogs. Sue’s special talent for making those around her smile and feel loved will be deeply missed.

Sue’s light will forever shine in our hearts, and her legacy of love and kindness will continue to inspire us all.

A funeral service will be conducted at Westview Funeral Chapel, 709 Wonderland Road North, London on Monday, October 7, 2024, at 12:00 p.m. with visitation taking place at 10:30 a.m. prior to the service with Rev. Darrell Shaule officiating.

In lieu of flowers, the family has asked for donations of books and toys to be made to The Children’s Aid Society of London & Middlesex.
