Scott Graham

January 21, 2024

On Sunday, January 21, 2024, Scott Graham passed away surrounded by the love of his wife and daughters, in his 83rd year. Beloved husband of Joan Graham for 60 years. Adored father of Karen Graham (Mike) and Laurie Marshall. Proud Grandpa of Graham and Brook Marshall. Older brother of Bryan Graham (Liz), and the late Robert Graham (Jo-Anne), and brother-in-law of Brian Luscombe (Teresa). Scott will be lovingly remembered by many nieces and nephews.

Scott worked at Labatt’s in IT for 30 years. He loved boating and being on the water, which led to the purchase of a lakefront property on Lake Huron. He was happiest there for 30 years, where he met many tenants that became friends. Selling his Ipperwash retreat brought him and Joan back to London where they enjoyed a full retirement and spent much time walking, reading, puzzling, and live theatre together.

A celebration of Scott’s life will be held on Sunday, January 28th, 2024 at Westview Funeral Chapel, 709 Wonderland Road North, from 1:00 – 3:00 pm. In lieu of flowers, donations in Scott’s memory may be made to the London Food Bank or a charity of your choice.

Dear Joan, Laurie, and Karen: We were saddened to hear of Scott’s passing. We have nothing but good memories of our time spent up at Ipperwash for so many years. Our girls always thought Scott was so kind and friendly at the cottage. They send their condolences as well. He was always so accommodating and would always stop for a friendly chat when we stayed there. I was always so pleased to stop in and say hello even after we were done renting. And was invited to sit on the deck for a visit to enjoy the wonderful view of the water. He will be missed by many. Sincerely, Mary and Cliff Swindell and family.

Our deepest sympathy and condolences to you Joan and your family! Scott was a trusted colleague at Labatt London and in our early years together we enjoyed the camaraderie of camping together at Ipperwash along with Black’s and others!, and the various libations we hosted for whatever occasions! Scott was a fun fellow to be around and we had many boisterous laughs together! May Scott RIP!
