Dear Shirley, always in my heart. Your best friend Barbara xx ❤️
My dearest Godmother, always in my heart, I have such happy memories visiting you in Canada, what fun we had. Sleep tight Shirley, all my love Donna xx ❤️
Sending our family's condolences to Lisa and Rolly, Ariel (Lawrence) Marigold, James and Peter. I was always so happy when Shirley was present when we managed to have a visit. I loved her sense of humour, her lovely accent, her kindness and patience with all the chaos a child's birthday party brings and of course her smile and the way she looked so please to be a part of all of it. As a mom, granny and a GG (great granny!) I know you all have wonderful memories of her and know how much she loved each one of you! Cathy and Dave, (Jenn, Chris and Geoff)
I wish I had more opportunities to get to know Shirley but I will never forget the first time we met at Ariel and Lawrence's wedding; she was most beautiful and elegant and her kindness shined through. The loss of a wonderful mom, granny and great granny but love continues through many amazing memories, please take comfort in those. To embrace & value life and each other as Shirley’s Legacy shines on. My love and hugs to all of you.
Mum was a brilliant woman and the kindest person to ever walk the earth. She was a Christian who seldom, if ever preached about it but rather lived her faith in actions every day. I am lucky to have had her for a long time. Forever grateful.
So sorry to hear this sad news. One of my oldest friends. Love to you all. Margaret and family (Cheltenham UK) xx
The Nyuli family moved into the neighbourhood when I was 11. Peter and I became friends hanging out every weekend during our teenage years. As I got older with a place of my own, Shirley and I also became good friends. We would talk on the telephone for well over an hour and always be surprised how quickly the time had passed. Even when Shirley wasn't feeling her best, she would still call me back to chat. Her wisdom, kindness, and humour will be sorely missed. Our heartfelt sympathies and condolences at this difficult time.
So very sorry to hear of your loss. Wishing you peace and comfort during this difficult time.
Missing Granny ❤️ she was the best granny and great granny to Marigold.

I will just say what I wrote to my mum in her 90th birthday party and leave it at that. Dear Mum, I love you, I always have and I always will. I will only add one last thing. Love continues her legacy will live on.
