Peacefully and with great courage and dignity at Victoria Hospital on Wednesday, May 30th, 2012 in her 75th year. Beloved wife, best friend and golf partner of husband Ted. Loving mother of James (Nicole) and John (Isabelle). Very proud grandmother of Kyle and Mark. Survived by brother Earle (Una), and sister Donna. Predeceased by son Michael, sisters Doreen and Diane, and brother Ken. The memorial service will be conducted at WESTVIEW FUNERAL CHAPEL, 709 Wonderland Road North, London, on Monday, June 4th, 2012 at 11:00 a.m. with visitation one hour prior to the service. Private family interment at Forest Lawn Memorial Gardens. Those wishing to make a donation in memory of Sandra are asked to consider the London Health Sciences Foundation – Cancer Centre.

John, please accept my sincere sympathy to you and your family in the loss of your Mother. I never met Sandra but over the years did speak to her on the telephone, we always had a laugh or two. Your good friend Brad has just gone through the loss of his Dad so you and he can sympathize with one another. God Bless!
What a wonderful gal! Ted, to you and your family, my sincerest sympathy. Thoughts and prayers go out to all of you. Sandra was a great gal and will be missed by many.
Ted, my deepest sympathy goes out to you and all your family in the loss of Sandra. May the wonderful memories you have bring comfort to you in the days ahead. I'm so thankful you and Sandra were able to attend the Hughes Public School Reunion last June and we could have that time together that gave us great memories to cherish. You all remain in my thoughts and prayers during these difficult days.
Ted, we are so sorry for your loss. Sandra was an amazing, funny, warm woman with courage and dignity and grace. I know you'll miss her very much, because I will too, and she wasn't my life partner. Every time I saw her, she had a warm smile and almost always found something to laugh about with me. She will remain alive in my memory for a very long time. If there's anything you ever need, please don't hesitate to ask Kevin and I.
My heartfelt prayers are with you all. Sandra and I met over 30 years ago through our work. I have wonderful memories of our trip to Las Vegas, lots of fun, many years ago. Sandra will truly be missed ... especially her sense of humour and strength.

Although she was my aunt, I viewed her more as a second mother. Will miss her! Denise

Sandra was my paddle boat partner and part of Frank's "FAN" club. I will miss her especially on the August long weekend.
