BOYCHUK, Sadie (nee Zukiwski) – Peacefully, at Longworth Long Term Care, on Tuesday, November 2nd, 2010, Sadie Boychuk of London in her 91st year. Predeceased by her beloved husband Steve (2006). Proud mother of Norm (Diane) and David (Anne). Treasured grandmother of Aaron (Christina), Bradley (Heather), Dallas (Laurel) and Joel and great-grandmother of Kerek and Klazina. Dearly missed by her sisters Mary, Anna and Sally and brother-in-law Spink. Fondly remembered by many nieces and nephews. Predeceased by parents Demetro and Wasalena Zukiwski and sister Helen. Sadie and Steve were former operators of the Beacon Marina in Parry Sound and the Sandboy Marina in Long Point. They volunteered with various charities and enjoyed their many trips to Florida. Funeral service will be held at the WESTVIEW FUNERAL CHAPEL, 709 Wonderland Road North, London, on Saturday, November 6th, 2010 at 4:00 p.m. with visitation one hour prior to the service. Those wishing to make a donation in memory of Sadie are asked to consider the Brain Tumour Foundation of Canada or the London Health Sciences Foundation – Cancer Centre. We all are deeply saddened by the loss of a loving mother, sister and dearest "AUNT". Auntie Sadie will always remain in our thoughts as we cherish the memories and remember what a tremendously strong person she was to all of us. Her spirt shall live forever! She and Uncle Steve were leaders in showing us so many of the very good thnings we still enjoy in life: boating, swimming, "Up North"...Her intellect will be remembered by all who knew her.
