Peggy, Rick and family, I am so sorry to hear of the loss of your sister. My thoughts and prayers are with you at this most difficult time. I hope that you can find comfort in the many wonderful memories you have of times spent with Ruth. Take care, Kim

Where do you start but say, many fond memories with Ruth, Sharon, Lori where we boarded our horses on the old Nixon farm, Commissioners/Wonderland corner. First met Ruth when I started at Brick Street Public School, grade 6. Ruth was a gorgeous red head, always smiling. Spent time at her home and remember one time I went to jump on the bed which Ruth yelled..nooooooo then realised why..lol the look on Ruth's face was priceless then she burst into laughter. I think we lived at the Nixon farm and preferred the horses to anything else. Ruth went to Saunders and I attended Westminster but lo and behold I would see Ruth and Sharon on their horses coming to watch the football. My parents knew Ruth's, played bridge and socialised at Highland Country Club. Ruth, you shared some great times at school and our days riding through Westmount before any house was built, the horse shows. I will always see Ruth on Chance her horse. That will be my memory. We may have lost touched over the years but it doesn't take long to bring up all those memories when you see a face that hasn't changed from when we were young. x
