Peacefully passed away, with family by her side at Parkwood Hospital on Thursday, May 11, 2023, at the age of 83. Loving mother of Chris (Sheri) and Tim (Lynn) Webb. Adored grandmother of Brandon, Kaitlyn, Derek, and Kevin. Dear friend of Gert Pullman, Pat Morrow, Peggy Rivard, and Jill Barber. Ruth was a devoted parishioner and volunteer of Siloam United Church as well as other charitable groups in the community.
The family would like to thank all the staff, nurses, PSWs, and doctors at Parkwood for all their help and care for our mom and to the friends that have visited and supported Ruth during her time there – we truly appreciate you.
A memorial visitation will be held at Westview Funeral Chapel, 709 Wonderland Road North, London on Wednesday, May 17, 2023 from 4:00-7:00 p.m. A private family interment will be held at Woodland Cemetery.
Those wishing to make a donation in memory of Ruth are asked to consider the London Health Sciences Foundation – Breast Cancer Program.

Our sincere sympathy to Chris, Tim and your families on the passing of your devoted mother and grandmother. Ruth was a very special lady. She was a lot of fun to be with and yet very serious and level headed. We met when our sons played hockey together and later we got to see our grandchildren playing hockey together as well. The fun we had taking golf lessons is a memory I will never forget.
We are so sorry for your loss Tim, Chris, and families ! Your mom must have been a great lady to have 2 such great sons ! Our best wishes and prayers go out to you all during a very difficult time.
Ruth will be missed. She was a sweet lady, gentle, kind and thoughtful. She will be missed by all who knew her and her light will shine forever in our hearts
My condolences to the Webb family in the passing of Ruth. I have know Ruth since the late 70’s. She was a special lady and loved her family dearly. She certainly will be missed.
I first met Ruth through our Book Club, she was a lovely person and we enjoyed many great discussions, some even about the book selection, she had a good sense of humour and we enjoyed lots of laughs. We will miss you Ruth!

I just found out that Ruth had died. We were next door neighbours and friends for 16 years. She was a lovely neighbour, kind and thoughtful and a good friend. I miss her. My condolences to her family.
