Peacefully at University Hospital on Wednesday, April 18th, 2018, in his 82nd year. Beloved husband of Shirley (Randall) for 61 years. Missed by his brother, Norman Clark; his sisters, Marie Bax (Frank) and Margaret Holmes (Bill); two Goddaughters, Jodi (Jean-Paul) Ntwari and Jenny (Daryl) Countryman; and by many nieces and nephews. Predeceased by his Godson, Darrin Stoddart (2010). Russell was a firefighter with the London Fire Department for 28 years, retiring in 1995. A memorial visitation will be held on Friday, April 27, 2018 from 1:00-4:00 p.m. at the HERMITAGE CLUB, 1040 Commissioners Road West, London. The family would like to extend a thank you to the staff of the 7th floor at University Hospital for their exceptional care and compassion. Those wishing to make a donation in memory of Russell are asked to consider Anova or the Sunshine Foundation of Canada.

Russ, I can't believe you're gone buddy; you are certainly going to be missed. I will always remember and cherish our many years of friendship. Your fishing days on earth are over but knowing you, you've already been fishing up in Heaven and know all the good spots. The fish can swim but they can't hide!
