Jon, Gerda and family I was very sad to hear this news, the memories I have of time spent with your family are priceless. Ron was an amazing man and I always cherished his advice and opinions on life. He will be missed by all but please take comfort in knowing that he is smiling down at us. Love always AL
Heather and family, We are so very sorry for your loss. You and you and your family are in our thoughts at prayers at this very difficult time. ....May you find strength in the love of family and in the warm embrace of friends..... Chrisy Rigutto and family
Ron was the section head for my first year teaching at Ivey. He was so very committed to the students and set a wonderful example for new faculty. His compassion and sincerity have stayed with me for the last 12 years.
Oh Emily...I am sor sorry to see this news of your dad. I stumbled on this while looking for another death notice of a friend. It's been many years since our days together at Bryon in youth but I want you to know I've never forgotten the memories we shared. May the many memories you have of time spent with your dad be an anchor that buoys you through this sad time. My thoughts and prayers will be with you and your family in the days ahead. Hugs...Donna
We are saddened and grieve with you. We lovingly remember Ron and his caring love for others. He loved to travel and we remember him saying "hurry and wait". May memories provide comfort and help to sustain you. Love and prayers.
Our deepest condolences. We witnessed first-hand how Ron brought economics to life for MBA's. He was a valued colleague and friend.
Thinking of you Gerda and your family, in our thoughts and in our prayers. Peace.
Dear Gerda, We are so very sorry and sad to hear about Ron. We will always remember his warm smile and his laugh and the fun times we all shared together. Try to remember that Ron is not totally gone Gerda. He is just "away". He will always be with you. May his spirit peacefully soar forever. God Bless. Lauretta and Andy
When someone we love dies, God hides a smile in every memory and hope in every tear. All of our thoughts and prayers are with you all during this difficult time .
Lara, Emily, Heather and Esther -- having known your dad since the mid-1970's, and being part of your family's life in one way or another since then, I can certainly attest to Ron's love of the four of you! He delighted in parenting you and watching you all grow into wonderful women. I know he will always be with each of you.
"The best portion of a good man's life, His little, nameless, unremembered acts Of kindness and of love." (Wordsworth) So many memories of so many acts of kindness and love to comfort you bow and in the days to come, Gerda.
Gerda and extended family. My heart goes out to all of you during this difficult time. Ron has raised four strong and accomplished daughters and three talented step-children. That is a legacy anyone would be proud of.
My deepest condolences for your loss. My thoughts and prayers are with you and your family.
