Ronald Clark Scott

June 24, 2024

It is with great sadness and love that we announce the passing of Ronald Clark Scott of Vancouver, on Monday, June 24, 2024, at the age of 76 years old. Ron is lovingly remembered by his mother, Corry Scott (née Vandermoer); his brother, Mark Scott (Lisa Scott); and nieces: Holly, Shannon, and Keira.  He was predeceased by his father, Gordon Scott.

Ronald had a variety of interests, including playing the guitar and riding his Harley Davidson motorcycle. As well, Ronald was an avid genealogy researcher, which showed his deep love of his family and its history. One of his favourite interests was taking trips to Italy, where he had many friends.

A memorial service may be held at a later date.

Memorial donations in Ron’s name may be made to the Canadian Cancer Society.

So very sorry to hear of Ron’s passing last week. He had just returned to London to be with his aging mother. Although separated from Ron geographically for most of our lives, I have many fond memories of our childhood. Condolences to my sister Corry and my nephew Mark and his family. R.I.P Ron.
