Robert ‘Rob’ John Larry Jamieson

January 2, 1975 - May 8, 2023

It is with deep sadness the family of Rob Jamieson announces his passing at St. Joseph’s Hospice on Monday, May, 8th, 2023, at the age of 48.

Cherished dad of Landyn and Ryenne Jamieson. Fur Daddy and best friend of Fenway (aka Binky). Beloved fiancé of Danielle Langois. Loving son of Larry and Bonnie Jamieson. Special brother of Debbie Jamieson (Fred Szoldatits). Doting uncle and bud to Isacc Szoldatits. Also survived by Danielle’s children Jacob, Ethan and Sophie. Survived by mother of his children Julie Jamieson (Airey). Rob will also be missed by many aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews and special friends.

Rob will be remembered most for being the best dad to his children. He loved coaching Landyn’s baseball team and watching Ryenne play basketball. Besides his children the second love of his life was baseball. He was a manager, coach, umpire and could be found watching the Toronto Blue Jays or Toronto Maple Leafs.

If you see a Blue Jay around, it will be Rob paying you a visit.

Rob’s family would like to extend a sincere thank you to the staff at Motion Specialities, all the doctors, nurses and staff at LHSC and St. Joseph Hospice for the wonderful care he received.

As per Rob’s request, cremation has taken place. A Celebration of Life will be held at Westview Funeral Chapel, 709 Wonderland Road North, London on Sunday, October 8, 2023 from 2:00 – 4:00 p.m.

Donations in Rob’s memory can be made to London Health Sciences Centre, St. Joseph Hospice or Myeloma Canada.
