Unexpectedly, at University Hospital on Thursday, February 1, 2018 in his 52nd year. Beloved husband and best friend of Becky Provily for 31 years. Loving dad of Amanda Szalich (Carl) and Andrew Provily. Also loved by his granddaughter, Makenzie. Cherished son of John Provily and the late Andrea Provily. Loving brother of Randy Provily and Ron (Shelagh) Provily. Dear brother-in-law of Tamara (Mike) Bornath and Jacquie (Ben) Kirk, Howie (Sandy) Noble, and Phil Wallace. Also loved by his many nieces and nephews. A memorial reception will be celebrated at WESTVIEW FUNERAL CHAPEL, 709 Wonderland Road North, London on Wednesday, February 7, 2018 from 5:00-7:00 p.m. Those wishing to make a donation in memory of Rob are asked to consider London Regional Cancer Program or Heart and Stroke Foundation of Ontario.
