Peacefully at Parkwood Institute, Veterans Care Wing on Monday, February 26th, 2018, in his 101st year. Loving husband of the late Chris (Forrester) (1984). Beloved father of Jim (Andrea), Bill (Joanne), Jack (Robin), Paul (Marie) and Catherine Anne. He will be sadly missed by his grandchildren, great-grandchildren and other extended family members. A private family celebration was held at Parkwood Institute, followed by interment at Woodland Cemetery. The family wishes to express their sincere thanks to all the staff of 3 Kent, Veterans Care Wing at Parkwood for their excellent care and compassion extended to Dad. In lieu of flowers, please consider a donation to the Veterans Care Program at St. Joseph’s Health Care, the Royal Canadian Legion Poppy Fund or a charity of your choice.

Our sincere condolences for your loss. Lloyd was more than just a neighbor, he was a dear friend. I learned so much from him. He was always there to teach me how to repair the lawn mower and snow blower. Our visits were never boring, as he had many interesting stories to tell. He always had time to chat with our girls.
