Robert ‘Bob’ Nuttall
July 6, 2020
Peacefully with family at his side, at University Hospital, London, on Monday, July 6, 2020, in his 74th year. Beloved husband of Linda for 50 years. Loving father of Rob (Mavis) and Jay (Shelley). Cherished grandfather of Ryleigh and Stella. Dear brother of John Nuttall and sister Shirley Jackson, of New Zealand. Predeceased by his parents Wilfred and Florence. He is sadly missed by his brothers and sisters-in-law, nieces, nephews, best buds Bruce and Tom, and many other friends. Born in Brockville, Ontario, Bob’s successful career in banking and financial planning brought him to many cities and offices throughout Ontario and Alberta. Bob was an active member of Lions Club Canada for over 45 years, and served as the District Governor for two years. He enjoyed golfing, travelling, spending time outdoors, or just sitting in a chair contemplating life. Cremation has taken place. A Celebration of Life will be held at a later date. Those wishing to make a donation in memory of Bob are asked to consider the Heart and Stroke Foundation of Canada or the Lions Foundation of Canada Dog Guides.

Linda, Rob, and Jay: So sorry to hear of Bob's passing. Deepest condolences. Glad we were able to see so many of the cousins at the reunion in 2016.
Linda, our condolence. Thinking of you and praying for you during this difficult time.
Dear Aunt Linda, Rob, Jason and family, My deepest sympathy on the passing of Uncle Bob. I have many special memories of him but the first one was coaching me to slow down my breathing when I was having asthma as a child. Its interesting that I started re-reading a book last weekend about mindfulness. The message is that feeling our breath can remind us to relax and find what is truly important in life. Hope to join you for a celebration of life when we are able to get together. Love Kim, John, Kendra and Kate
Our deepest sympathy to the Nuttall family at this difficult time. May the memories of Bob become your priceless treasures. Our fondest memory is watching Bob and John compete at the poker table during hunting seasons.
Our deepest condolences Linda.
Our condolences to you, Linda, Rob, Jay and your immediate and extended families. Bob will be sadly missed. He lived life well and enjoyed it to its fullest; always bringing a smile to the faces of everyone! Our deepest sympathies to you at this time. Brian & Judy Willows
I used to love the saying "Well Bob's your Uncle" because I would reply "Of course he is!" I have only happy memories of Uncle Bob, along with Aunt Linda, Rob and Jay. I am glad I have those. Uncle Bob always made us feel welcome and loved whenever we came to visit. I am so glad he got to meet my daughter CJ when we came over in winter 2011/12. She adored her GREAT Uncle Bob and I guess her generation made him all the more special because he became Great Uncle Bob. Because he was great, talking about him in the past tense is going to be hard. I am sending all my love to Aunt Linda, 'Robbie' aka Rob and Jay Lots of love from Hannah and CJ Jackson - in NZ
Aunt Linda, Rob, Jay and family, our deepest sympathies to you all on the passing of Uncle Bob. Our thoughts and prayers are with you all.

I considered Bob to be a good friend and colleague at IG. I got to know him when we were Division Directors, and then as a Region Director. He is the reason that my wife and I traveled to Waterton Lakes, after the Calgary convention - which we still reflect on fondly. He was a great ambassador for IG and a number a good causes, and I shall miss him. Please accept my most sincere condolences on his passing.
My deepest condolences to you and your family. Bob was such a warm and wonderful person who I got to know when we were Regional Directors together. Even after he retired Bob always made the time to drop in and have a coffee when he was in our neck of the woods and see how I was doing as a rookie RD. Our thoughts and prayers are with you from the East Coast!
