Robert ‘Bob’ Joseph Ryan

Peacefully on Tuesday, May 8, 2018, at Country Terrace, Komoka at age 85. Loving husband of the late Barbara Louise Ryan (2011). Predeceased by daughter Pamela (who died at childbirth) and by parents Lawrence and Marjorie Ryan. Loving father of Jo Ann Lamers and John, Tim Ryan and Becky Tilbury, and Scott Ryan and Jackie Arms, all of London. Loved by his siblings Joan and Donnie (deceased) McDonald, Gerald and Anne Ryan, Jim and Betty Ryan, Jack and Marianna (deceased) Ryan, Nelson Ryan (deceased), and Sister Teresa Ryan. Dearly missed by in-laws Ann and Bill (deceased) MacFadden, Joan and Terry (deceased) Taylor, Rick (deceased) and Linda Belton, and Bev and Ralph Harper. He leaves behind many beloved grandchildren, a great-granddaughter, nieces, nephews, grand-nieces and grand-nephews. Bob dearly loved his family and his many years driving for Sears. Cremation has taken place. A Funeral Mass will be celebrated at ST. JUSTIN’S PARISH, 855 Jalna Boulevard, London on Saturday, May 12, 2018 at 11:00 a.m., with visitation one hour prior. Father Mark to officiate. Interment of the ashes at Forest Lawn Cemetery following the service. In lieu of flowers, those wishing to make a donation in memory of Bob are asked to consider the Alzheimer Society London and Middlesex or the Heart and Stroke Foundation of Ontario.
