Peacefully at home with his family, after a long battle with prostate cancer, Bob Jones passed away on Monday, July 1, 2024, in his 70th year. Beloved husband of Denise Jones for 49 years. Dear father of Derek Jones and his wife Kylee, and Laura Jones and her husband Darcy Maudsley. Cherished Grandpa of Kaia, Isabel, and the late Leila Jones. Brother of Gwen and the late Linda (Brian).
Bob retired from a successful career as the owner of Therma-Chem Canada. He enjoyed spending his summers at the cottage in Wasaga Beach with family and friends. Bob was a talented guitar player and a big Beatles fan.
A celebration of Bob’s life will be held at a later date.

We were very sorry to hear about Bob’s passing Denise. He was always such a happy person and a great neighbour. Our sympathies to you and Derek and Laura.
Dear Denise & all your wonderful family - Losing Bobby is beyond unimaginable. I am so sorry for your loss, absolutely devastating. I will always remember his constant smile - he was so much fun to be with. You built a beautiful family and life together. May your very precious memories bring you peace. Bob was a joy to be around, he made us laugh and cry with his antics. He was a great friend and will be missed enormously. We have lost Bob but not our memories of Bob. Our thoughts and prayers are with you Denise and the family.

Bobby was such a great guy. I worked with him for almost 10 years and remained friends afterwards. We had so many good times together. He always made us laugh. He will be missed very much. Our sincere condolences to Denise, Laura and Derek.
