Peacefully with family by his side, on Tuesday, November 15th, at Victoria Hospital after a short illness. Beloved husband of Shirley. Dear father of Rick (Wanda Millard), Ron (Jennifer) and Mike (Marilyn). Loving grandpa of Amanda, Erica, Taylor, Joclyn, Jarvis, Garrett and Meagan. He is predeceased by his father Ronald and survived by his mother Lois. Brother of Anita, Michael (Yolanda), Shelly (Doug Wasson) and Susanne (Duncan Fick) and brother-in-law of Ray (Peggy) Cook. Uncle of many nieces and nephews. Rick accomplished many things in life. He was the owner of Carolina Homes, a London builder of fine quality homes for 20 years. He will be sadly missed by his family and many friends. Visitation will be held on Thursday from 3:00-5:00 and 7:00-9:00 p.m. at the WESTVIEW FUNERAL CHAPEL, 709 Wonderland Road North, London, where the funeral service will be held on Friday, November 18th, 2011 at 10:30 a.m. Cremation with a private family interment at Woodland Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, donations to the Salvation Army or the Children’s Health Foundation would be appreciated.
