Peacefully, at University Hospital on Friday, December 31st, 2010 in his 86th year. Predeceased by his beloved wife Donna (2001). Loving father of Susan Elliot, Danny, Michael (Brenda), Deborah (Frank) Zicari, Brian and Karen. Dear grandfather of Wayne, Tammy, Troy, Michelle, Jonathan, Chelsea, Amanda, Heather and Shelby and great-grandfather of seven. Lovingly remembered by his siblings Sadie Drew, Bob Wilson and Margaret Coxen. Predeceased by his parents Arthur and Edith Wilson and siblings Frank, Dougie and Jeannie Elliott. Jack was a Canadian Bowling Champion, an Ontario Horseshoe Champion as well as a member of the ‘5 Pin Bowling Hall of Fame’. Also a member of the Duchess of Kent Legion 263. The family would like to express their appreciation to the staff of Elmwood Place Nursing Home, the London Health Sciences Centre and the nursing team at University Hospital. Visitation will be held on Tuesday from 2:00-4:00 and 7:00-9:00 p.m. at the WESTVIEW FUNERAL CHAPEL, 709 Wonderland Road North, London, where the funeral service will be conducted on Wednesday, January 5th, 2011 at 11:00 a.m. Interment to follow at Mount Pleasant Cemetery.
