René Arthur Brissette

Peacefully at University Hospital on Sunday, December 19, 2010, René Arthur Brissette, of London passed away in his 68th year. Dear son of the late Louis Joseph Brissette and Irene (Martin) Brissette.  Loving brother of Rita Emery (Gaetan), of London, Claudette Veilleux (Jean Louis), of Strathroy, Micheline Campbell (Lee), of London, Diane Pree (John), of West Lorne, Claire Beadle (Larry), John Brissette (Angela) and Lynda Valdron (David), all of London.  Also loved by many nieces and nephews.  Visitation will be held on Wednesday from 7:00 – 9:00 p.m. at  WESTVIEW FUNERAL CHAPEL, 709 Wonderland Road North, with prayers at 7:00 p.m.  The Funeral Mass will be celebrated at Holy Family Parish, 777 Valetta Street on Thursday, December 23rd, 2010 at 11:00 a.m. Donations in memory of René to the London Health Sciences Foundation – Cancer Centre would be appreciated.  The family wish to thank all the staff at the Cancer Clinic and the dialysis unit for their kindness. I was so shocked and sorry to hear of René's passing. He was a kind, funny, and generous man. Although I didn't know him well, I will miss seeing him at Cherryhill where we often bumped into each other. My condolences to the entire Brissette family.
