Our dearest Réjeanne How blessed we were to have you in our lives. We will treasure that sparkle in your eye, your all-encompassing smile, and the sound of your laughter. Your humour and quick witt was amazing my friend! Your passion and enthusiasm for life was inspiring. Good food, good wine, good conversation. You were always so active - I could never keep up to you when we walked! You taught the boys about life and nature at London's parks. As they explored and picked acorns and leaves, you taught them about life and all of its goodness. You loved skiing, skating, rollerblading and tennis and made sure to introduce all of it to the boys. We will treasure our times together when we visited from Niagara. These are very special memories to us. The first thing we would do is walk along your garden and you would show me the latest flower and tell me the story behind it. Above all, Maurice, Curtis, Conlan and Patrick and then their families were the most important part of your life - they were your life! And you loved everyday and minute of it. That's when you shone the brightest! Thank you for instilling in all of us the important gifts in life. We love you. We will miss you. Shine bright our dear Réjeanne. ✨️

Dearest Maurice & All Family Members, It is was with such sadness when it was announced of Réjeanne's passing. She is the type of girl that was such a fighter and so positive that it did not seem possible that she would not beat this terrible disease. I always smile when thinking of her at work. She always kept us entertained with her antics and laughter. Dedicated to her job and ALWAYS doing her best. More dedicated to her family and community. With all the chats within our little Video group we learned a lot of her beautiful life. So very young and far too soon for such a vibrant, happy and loving person. We missed her when she retired but will miss her even more since she's left this earth. I send my most sincere condolences and love to you Maurice and your whole family. Sincerely.... Kim Sinibaldi... her Bell co-worker.

I am so sorry to hear that your wife/mom/sister/grandmere and friend has left this earth. Rejeanne was so full of energy and warmth that you couldn't help yourself to want to be in her presence, in her light. She was contagious and she made the work place a fun place. I could always count on her for a great chat and a laugh about anything and everything, especially our hair cuts. I hope the stories you will hear about her in the days to come will wrap themselves around you like a big hug. Continue to look for her light and may you find comfort in the days ahead. Rejeanne I cannot believe you're gone we lost such a wonderful individual you were so special to me I miss our talks at work you used to stop by my desk all the time and we had our chats. I still have the picture you took and shared with me of the Blue Girl Rose I gave you from my Dad's garden when he passed away. You have such a beautiful family and you were so proud of them. You struggled for several years through this fight and you were always so positive every time we talked in the hallway at work. Réjeanne Fortin was pure love, full stop. I grew up living beside her and Maurice and marveled at what amazing parents they were and are. She was my friend, sister, mother, someone I respected and looked up to. Her sons Curtis, Conlan, and Patrick all have a piece of my heart and will always be my younger, fun-loving brothers (who loved to rough-house me at any given moment 🤗). I love her and will always strive to be the woman she naturally was. Rest in peace, my friend. Save me a spot at your table. I'll be there one day to enjoy a glass of wine with you. Until then, I'll be working damn hard to live it up for both of us.

~ Lisa (Amaral) Brown

my heart is heavy for this beautiful soul and her beautiful family, we shared so many conversations and life milestones to and from work for many years. I know you are with our Holy Lord but will be so missed here with us. 😟 until we meet again my sweet sweet friend <3
