Peggy Bugler

I grew up in the East of London. Peggy and I went to G. A. Wheable together. She was an amazing friend and a loving person. Her homelife was not the best but her nature and her spirit were amazing. I was at her wedding when she got married and renewed our friendship on facebook. Peggy, you were too young to have passed on but to you a toast for being who you were and being a proud parent. Roxanne, I am so shocked and sad to read about your mom's passing. She was such a joyful, giving and inspirational person. Please feel the support around you today, and know how lucky you are to have been raised by such a strong woman who taught you so much about what is most important in life. Roxy We spent a number of afternoons on several fostering "Panels" with your Mom over the years along with other CAS projects. It became clear very quickly to us that she was a tremendous blessing to you, your foster siblings, friends, co-workers and everyone else who ever had the privilege of crossing paths with Peggy. Our lives are all enriched for having known her. We will all miss her magical presence. Yet, her spirit will live on in you, and in the countless people she touched throughout her walk on earth. Roxanne, I am very sorry to hear about the passing of your Mom. She was a long time, good friend of my sister Dawn and I got to know her through the years. You are correct in saying that her laugh was infectious. Few people carry such an aura of happiness. I'm happy to have had the pleasure of knowing her and you were very fortunate to have had such a loving person as a mother. I hope we are able keep in touch over the years through Dawn and Brad. I was saddened to hear of Peggy's passing. I enjoyed getting to know Peggy over the last few years on my regular visits to the Cashier's office. She was always so pleasant, meticulous and professional and will be missed! With sincere sympathy at this sad time.

I spent 31 years in various sections of the finance department at UWO from 1971 to 2002 and had came into contact with Peggy almost daily. She was always such a jolly individual.

Roxy, there are no words to let you know how sorry I am for your loss. Peg was a wonderful woman, she will be missed.

We were so sorry to hear of Peggy's passing. Peggy and I started work at Western in the 1970s and for forty years I was lucky to know her. She was a wonderful woman, always generous, always full of humour. Our thoughts and prayers are with her family and friends during this sad time. She will be greatly missed.

Roxy i am so sorry about your loss! You always talked so proudly of your mom, she was your best friend. She raised an incrediable daughter! This is not good-bye it is see you soon, she will always be watching over you and cheering you on in what ever you do. Hold those memories close to your heart, she was taken from you way to soon. Peggy was an amazing woman, who brought so much joy and laughter to anyone she came in contact with. She was the type of person who would give anything she could to help someone in need. As a retired member of the Department of Finance, it comes as a great shock to hear of Peggy's passing. She was an amazing lady and will be greatly missed by famiy and all who knew her.

It was an honor to have known Peggy , as a co-worker for many years, as well as a friend, she lit up the room and always made me smile especially with her infectious laugh - she was a wonderful person and will be missed. Prayers to the family.

Peggy was a kind and wonderful woman, who made a real effort to be helpful to me when I first started at Western. She reached out and offered her assistance in any way she could to anyone who crossed her path. Her laughing presence will be missed in the halls of the Services Building, and sharing lunch at Tim's. My most sincere condolences. Peggy was a celebrated, longstanding London CAS foster parent who always went above and beyond for the children and youth that she cared for. This is a significant loss for innumerable people, including our fostering community. May your many wonderful memories bring you comfort at this difficult time.

I was so sad to hear of Peggy's passing. I worked in the Finance department at Western for three years and have countless memories of walking through the Stevenson Lawson building and hearing Peggy's infectious laugh ring through the halls.
