Passed away peacefully on Thursday, November 7th, 2013 in her 80th year. Dear mother of Brian John and his wife Celia. Beloved Mama to Jay and Jasmine John. Survived by siblings Evan John, Phyneas John and Joyce Gunpot of Grenada, Peter John of Britain, Edris John and Nicholson John of Canada. Predeceased by siblings Arthur, Bennett, Anthony and Flora. Aunty Pearl to many nieces and nephews worldwide including Debbie John of Edmonton, Rohan John of Toronto, Gordon Andrew of Grenada, and Denis, Morgan and Errol John of the UK. Fondly remembered by many friends especially Deanne, Lynette, Anne, Anna, Peter, Ezra and Carm. The family would like to thank the staff of the Adam Linton Dialysis Unit at Victoria Hospital for their professionalism and kindness. The family is also grateful to the staff of peopleCare Oakcrossing for their kindness and tenderness shown in the treatment of Pearl especially in her final days. Cremation has taken place and a private family service will be held to honour Pearl’s life. Remembrances may be made to the Adam Linton Dialysis Unit (London Health Sciences Foundation).
