Dear Lynda, So sorry to read the news about Paula. It just seems like yesterday that our families would visit back and forth and Paula was a good friend of my sister Ruth at Trinity. Your parents were always very special people and so now Paula will be with them. May God comfort you and the family at this sad time. on behalf of the Hutchison family - Gail

Dear Lynda, Mark, Grant, and Danielle....and the other extended family. I was so shocked to hear of Paula's passing....as I am sure you all must be! My thoughts and prayers are with you all as you go through this most difficult time! I remember fondly the visits to Paula's home when I was going to school! She always made me feel so at home and it was nice to have a place to go that felt like home when I was so far away from NS. Family made the distance not quite so bad! I wish I could be there to offer you some practical support in these days! Love to you all! Parri Anne

Dear Lynda & family, Mark, Grant and Danielle I was stunned when I read the news about Paula. Words fail me. Paula and I were long time and good childhood friends at Trinity. As I remember Paula, she had a keen sense of humour, had a faithfilled relationship with God, but I also remember she was one determined woman as she would hold her ground on principle alone. Please know that my thoughts and prayers are with your family at this time. Dear Mark, Grant and Danielle; I am so sorry to hear of this tragic news and so unexpected. We will be praying for you all at this time, being a single mom I know that it will be very difficult but always remember how very much your mom loved you and was so very proud of you all. She will be sadly missed. Remember all the good times and don't let the sad thoughts steal all those great memories. It was really great to see your mom at our Patton Reunion in Tatamagouche a few years back it had been such a long time since we had seen her and it was great. I have tons of memories of our times together at the Farm with Grammie (and her Aunt Rose & Uncle Harry). Many great memories I always looked up to Paula and wanted to be like her. Dear Lynda: It will be very difficult and I cannot even imagine the loss of my sister. But I do know that you have a great support in your lovely family, your great husband and children. I wish there were something I could do. Remember we love you and will be praying for you all through these hard days ahead. Love you all, Megan

Paula was an amazing gentle soul who always put others first. She took excellent care of all of us while she was secretary to the Regional Senior Justice of the Peace and as well when she worked for the Regional Senior Justice. I was extremely fond of Paula and am saddened by her untimely death. I will miss her cheerful voice... I will miss my friend.
