Jackie, so sorry to hear of your loss. We can't believe that Paul is gone, time passes so quickly. We certainly have good memories of our time living on Manchester Rd. beside you and Paul. Paul rescuing Sean from the tree (several times), you and Paul riding Sean and Lindsey around in the wheel barrow when you were gardening, Paul trapping raccoons to protect the fish in his pond and then transporting them to their new home some 20 miles away. There were so many fun times with the two of you. Our thoughts and prayers are with you as you go through this very difficult time. Please let us know when the memorial service will take place as we would like to attend.
Thinking of you at this time. My sister Barb & Dave were your neighbours many years ago and I have fond memories of the wonderful support you gave during 'tree climbing' excursions
May you feel God close as you leave Paul in the arms of the God who loves him so. My prayers are with you. June
I was saddened when I read about the passing of Paul. My sincere condolence to you and all the family. He will always be in my mind as a childhood friend that I grew up within St Marys
Thinking of you with sympathy at this very difficult time in your life. I am so sorry for your loss.
My condolences, Jackie. I was very sorry to hear of Paul's death. Thinking of you through this difficult time.
My sympathy and condolences to you at this time. While I only met you less than two months ago I've known Paul from our youth in St.Marys. I enjoyed working with him for a number of years on the annual "Silver Fox Luncheon" committee and will miss his much-known knowledge of those we attended High School with. God Bless
So sorry to hear this morning of Paul's passing. My condolences to you Jackie in these trying times. May the Lord give you strength and healing.
My sincerest sympathy at this challenging time. I remember being in your backyard last summer and how proud Paul was of the lovely stream running through it. It was truly a lovely country garden. I wish you peace and Corrie wishes you love and kisses.
Dear Jackie, I was shocked and saddened to read about Paul in the Free Press this morning. Paul was a patient of mine for a long time, and he and I had very many wide-ranging discussions over the years. Paul's wry sense of humour is something that I will always remember. I extend sincere condolences to you at this especially difficult time. May cherished memories of Paul help to comfort you. Sincerely, Dr William Klein

Paul and Jackie, you are the center of so many of my fondest childhood memories. One of the many that come to mind when I remember Paul, is when a blue jay chick fell from her nest in our front yard tree. In a most over dramatic way that I now see in my own children, I ran next door and told Paul of the chicks perilous situation. Paul got his ladder, and came to save the day. Despite his head being dive bombed relentlessly by her angry blue jay parents, the chick was safely returned. I was a fearless tree climber as a child, yet my boldness seemed to melt away when it came time for the decent. Countless times, Paul was there to help, with the ladder that he must have kept on standby. I remember when one of Lindsey's friends got herself locked in our upstairs bathroom. There was Paul, with an even taller ladder, climbing through the window to the rescue. He helped me muster the courage to jump off a diving board for the first time. When my birthday rolled around, the two of you would always surprise me with a fascinating electronic gizmo. While no record exists, I may have been the first boy in the world to put 1,000 kilometers on a remote control car. While it saddens me deeply to say goodbye, I’m so grateful that we had the chance to reconnect over video chat, and I could introduce my children to you. Thank you Jackie and Paul for helping to make my childhood wonderful.
