Peacefully surrounded by family at home on February 27, 2018, Patricia Mary Scott, age 60, passed away after her 16-month battle with breast cancer. Pat leaves behind her beloved Partner Frank Liebmann; 3 daughters Jenna Hanke (Marty), Cara Hartley (Eric) and Erin Scott; son Drew Scott; brother Paul Gamsby (Patty). Also survived by nephews Sean Gamsby (Marianne) and Brian Gamsby (Laura); as well as adored grandchildren Annabel, Declan, Ainsley and Gavin. Predeceased by parents Lloyd and Rita Gamsby; brother Peter Gamsby. Pat was born January 8, 1958 and lived her adult life in London Ontario. Pat was such a hardworking woman and very proud of her 21 years with Sutton Group Select Realty and the relationships she made throughout her career. Pat was fun loving, high-energy and made friends wherever she went. She will be remembered for her absolute love of family, her friendships, her energy for life and her passion for golf. She was an excellent golfer that would enjoy a game in rain or shine. The family would like to thank all of her friends and coworkers for their support in so many ways. They would also like to thank all the nurses and doctors at Victoria hospital that helped in such a big way over the last 16 months. As well as the palliative care team that assisted at home in her final days. Visitation will be held on Thursday, March 1, 2018 from 2:00-4:00pm and 7:00-9:00pm at WESTVIEW FUNERAL CHAPEL, 709 Wonderland Rd N, London, where the funeral service will be held on Friday, March 2, 2018 at 11:00am. In lieu of flowers, donations can be made in Pat’s honour to the London Health Sciences Centre
