Patricia “Pat” V. Morehouse
October 29, 1938 - March 8, 2025
On Saturday, March 8, 2025, our dear and beautiful mother passed away suddenly in London, Ontario.
Patricia was born in Saint John, New Brunswick on October 29, 1938. She was married to the love of her life, Philip, for 63 years. Phil passed away in 2022; he lovingly referred to her as Patsy. They have three children: son Brian, late daughter Brenda, and son Brent, and three grandchildren: Jacob, Joel, and Paige. Pat is predeceased by her mother, Betty Walker; her loving grandparents, Roy and Plessa Walker (née Hartland) – her “mother and father”; brother John (Sally), and sister Margaret.
Throughout her life, Pat lived in Saint John, New Brunswick, Montreal, Quebec, and London, Ontario. In her younger years, Pat was a bookkeeper , then raised her children and afterwards enjoyed working at A&P (Metro).
She enjoyed entertaining at home, and was an amazing cook and baker. She loved music, and watching hockey, baseball, and curling. Mom was a meticulous, wonderful, loving, and immensely caring mother, and a precious wife..
Pat had a strong faith in God. Her priorities were the Lord, her husband, her family, and her friends – they were all so important to her!
Visitation will be at Westview Funeral Chapel, 709 Wonderland Road North, London, on Thursday, April 3, 2025, from 6:00 – 8:00 p.m. The service will be at RidgeView Community Church (Pentecostal), 1470 Glenora Drive, London, on Friday, April 4, 2025, at 11:00 a.m. Interment will be at Mount Pleasant Cemetery, London. A reception will follow at the Church.

I was so sad to learn of the passing of this sweet and wonderful lady. Her smile and laughter always lit up the room. I remember her often by her husband's side. What a team they were! She will be greatly missed. My condolences to the family.
Brian and Brent, and family, so sorry to read of your mom's passing this morning! She was such a lovely lady!! Brian, I worked with you and Brenda at Ponderosa back in the day! (Wellington Rd location). So sorry to learn of your dad's passing as well. Your parents were a wonderful couple, and I always enjoyed our visits, the few times they came into Walmart, and I saw them!! I am sure they both are greatly missed!! Just wanted to reach out to you, as they hold a special place in my heart. Sending deepest condolences to you, and the family! Take care, and know I am thinking of you.
My prayers go out to the family as you mourn your precious mom and grandmother. Pat was a sweet person who always made me feel loved and appreciated. I will always be grateful for the part that she played in my life. Mat God bless her memory.
I would meet Pat at the A&P store at Wellington. Every time I shop there I would look for Pat and put my grocery on the table. She always had a kind word and a warm smile. My late wife's name was Pat too. It was definitely good to know her. God Bless Dave

Pat and Phil were the most amazing people! We would stop and talk every Sunday in the atrium. They were always encouraging and kind, genuine and just good people. They gave me a great honour many years ago and it will forever be a treasured memory! My prayers are with the boys and the grandkids. Brent-I love ya pal and will be praying for you!!!
