Although it has been almost a week, I think of Pam every day. She was very blessed to have such a loving family at her side as she battled this unforgiving disease. It became so apparent last week, how many lives she has touched and how much she was loved. I am grateful that I had the opportunity to work with Pam. Her vibrant ways, that smile that warmed the heart and a laugh that always made you smile. My thoughts and prayers are with all of you.

~ Jane Golf

It was with great sadness, Mary and John, that I learned of the death of your beautiful daughter, Pam. My heart goes out to you and your family and especially to Pam and Andy's young daughters. There are no words that can express the depth of my sorrow for all of you. Please know that I am thinking of you and praying that, in time, you will find comfort in happy memories.

~ Jacqui Krech

My heart is broken for you Pam and your lovely family you have left behind. I thought of nothing else this weekend. I wondered how your Andy, Emma, Jessica and baby Addison were doing on the first weekend without wife and Mommy. I too worked with Pam and feel blessed to have known her for eight years, and also as a friend. She was a Shining Star which seems to be the general feeling of everyone who knew Pam. Gone too soon and I don’t understand why. Why do bad things happen to good people is a question that continues to haunt me? I will continue to pray for you Andy, your girls and both your families to find strength to journey on. I keep hoping that the past week was just a dream – I can only wish. So my shining star, I will always look for you up there in the sky looking down on all of us and wondering how we are doing. Because that’s you Pam – always caring about everybody else. So long special lady……………….

Embrace her with all your heart and when you gaze into the stars that are smiling so brightly back at you, you know it is Pam sending her love and joy. 'Bestow upon Thy heavenly handmaiden, O God, the holy fragrances born of the spirit of Thy forgiveness. Cause her to dwell in a blissful abode, heal her griefs with the balm of Thy reunion, and, in accordance with Thy will, grant her admission to Thy holy Paradise. Let the angels of Thy loving-kindness descend successively upon her, and shelter her beneath Thy blessed Tree. Thou art, verily, the Ever-Forgiving, the Most Generous, the All-Bountiful.'

Andy, Emma, Jessica and Addison--please accept our deepest condolences for the loss of your wife and mother, Pam. I had the great pleasure of knowing and working with Pam many years ago at Suzy Shier in White Oaks Mall. She had just started dating Andy and was always beaming when he came into the store. She was a lovely, sweet and wonderful person to know and work with. Indeed it was her warm personality and infectious smile that drew everyone to her! She had a giggle that endeared one to her instantly! As luck would have it years later when our kids trained with Andy I was thrilled to discover it was the same Andy who dated our Pam and even more happy to learn they married and had 3 beautiful little girls. When I did see Pam again it was as if time stood still and here was our "Little Pam" again! Nothing had changed--same sweet smile and warm personality. May every memory of that beautiful smile warm your hearts and comfort you today and every day to come! God Bless you all, Maria, Rob, Rai and Victoria Di Loreto

Andy and Girls, We are so saddened to hear of your loss, you are in our thoughts and prayers. Pam was a wonderful wife and loving mother who will never be forgotten, she will live on in your hearts.

~ Darren and Kim Murray

My thoughts are with Andy, the Forcey and the Vanderhoeven families. When I recall our track training days together it was Pam who still sported that smile and her unmistakeable bounce in her stride even midway through a tough workout. It was that same spring in her step that earned her the nickname “Roo” on the volleyball court in high school. Pam’s easy laugh and unbridled energy drew people to her as she bounded through a life well lived and well loved.

~ Hillary Glass

I feel so fortunate to have spent time with Pam. Our neighbourhood ladies games night will never be the same. She lit up the room and had the most infectious laugh. I will miss her love of life, her devotion to her girls and the happiness that she found with Andy was something that she shared willingly. The neighbourhood will be all the poorer for not having her here with us but all the richer for having shared in a small part of her life. My heart goes out to her family.

~ Wendi Heal

Pam you are too young!.. Andy and I spent a few wonderful years with Pam as a fellow sprinters and then I, as her sprint coach while at Western. She and I share the unofficial 'media' title as "stalwart" for our respective teams - strength, comraderie, encouragement, support, leadership. Above all, Pam's was a loving and infectiously beautiful spirit. And, I will not forget the genuine perspective and warmth of her smile... Heartfelt sympathies for your loss.
