I've never forgotten the opportunity that Otto gave me when he hired me at PTM almost 30 years ago. Always showed respect for people and recognized their contributions to the company.

Our sympathy and condolences to the Phillips family. Otto will be remembered for the opportunity he gave us as a new immigrant family back in the day. Rest in peace.

Wendy we are so sorry to hear about Otto's passing. We have many memories of our time together on the golf course. We are in Arizona and unable to attend funeral but know our thoughts are with you.

Otto, I am comforted to know you are now at peace. Your spirit to live finally moved on to a better place. We had many chats - enough to know how much you loved your family and how proud you were of your children. Our conversations brought us closer and we expressed our love for each other many times. You will always be in my memory as a man who overcame all odds and still endured. Your strength in that I will always admire. As you and I said the last time we met "I love you". I say it now again "I love you, Otto". Our mother, too, is happy that you are at rest.

So sorry for your loss Otto was my first leader in the trade he taught me many things i will always be grateful for this, he had a great sense of humor even when i screwed things up

We are so sorry about the loss of Otto. He was the kindest and most generous person one could imagine. We will always keep him in our hearts.

Words cannot express our sympathy for Otto's family. Otto was one of a kind, a great human being and a terrific friend. Happy that he is no longer bound to the physical limitations he had in later life. Rest in peace, Otto.

So sorry to hear of Otto's passing. I've never forgotten that he gave me the break 30 years ago that led me to where I am today. He will be sadly missed.

I was a little girl when I met Otto Phillips. He gave me so many happy childhood memories. Every year I looked forward to those Phillips Tool Christmas parties and summer picnics. The highlight of course those water balloons!! So much fun. My children were even able to attend many years later. What a kind and generous man to do that for others. Rest in peace dear Otto. You will always be remembered. My condolences to all of his family at this time and may you find comfort in knowing just how much he touched everyone's heart.
