Peacefully at University Hospital, London, on Friday, June 22nd, 2012 in his 91st year. Beloved husband of Joan for 60 years. Loving father of Norris and William. Proud grandfather of David, Andrew, Raymond, Liette and Kaitlyn. Cremation has taken place and a memorial service will be held at a later date. Those wishing to make a donation in memory of Norman are asked to consider the Toronto Police Widows & Orphans Fund.

It was very sad to hear og Norm's passing he was a true friewnd who cannot be replaced. We feel fotrunate to have known he and Joan. He will not be forgotten.
We really enjoyed attending the 60th anniversary celebration of Norm and Joan. Glad we were able to spend the time together. Our condolences to Joan and the family at this the saddest of times.
