Peacefully, on Tuesday, May 11, 2010 at University Hospital, Mrs. Muriel Joyce (Robertson) Carr of London in her 77th year. Beloved Wife of 57 years to Stan (Sam). Loving Mother and Friend of Stan (Shirley), Larry (Dorey), Bob (Kristine), and Janice, all of London, Debra Kereliuk (Chris) of Bolton and Edward (Angela) of Ottawa. Dear Sister of Rhoda Brace of London and Jim Robertson (Pat) of Toronto. Proud Grandmother and Nanny of Robin, Jason, Derek, Christyl, Brenna, Danielle, James, Theresa and Andrew and great-grandmother of eleven. Sadly missed also by her brother-in-law Lloyd Carr (Jean) of Midland and her several nieces and nephews. Muriel was a member of the L.K.V.A and the A.N.A.F #229. Visitation will be held at the Westview Funeral Chapel, 709 Wonderland Road North, on Friday from 2:00-4:00 and 7:00-9:00 p.m. as well as one hour prior to the funeral service being conducted on Saturday, May 15, 2010 at 3:00 p.m. Those wishing to make a donation in memory of Muriel are asked to consider the Heart & Stroke Foundation or the L.H.S.F–University Hospital. Muriel’s family wishes to extend their heartfelt thanks and eternal gratitude for the compassion and care shown to Muriel during her stay at University Hospital, Intensive Care Unit.
