Dear Mae - you may not remember me but my mom, Marguerite McCurrie, died almost 2 years ago at McCormick Home. Morley was on her floor and I met you often too. I was in often with my mom and I also ran into you at the SuperStore one time. I just want to let you know that I am thinking of you and have often thought of you and wondered how it was going. You were so kind to me when my mother was dying. My heart goes out to you Mae! Diane (Mitchell)

I met my new neighbour, Morley, only a couple of times. We had both moved into our new homes and were anxious to get to know our new neighbours. I still remember his smile and his great sense of humour. He was a fine looking gentleman, and I could sense that he cared very much for his wife Mae and their dog Lucy. Shortly after that he moved to McCormick Home, and I only had the opportunity to get to know Mae (and Lucy) better as we carried on our day-to-day activities. No one could ever be a finer neighbour or friend than Mae. It seemed to me that no one could have been a more devoted wife than Mae, as I saw her leave, often walking, on her regular visits to visit Morley. I send my sincere sympathy to Mae and others in the family. I hope fond memories sustain you during this time of sorrow. Take care, Marie
