Melissa ‘Ruth’ Clow

April 5, 2019

Peacefully at Chelsey Park Nursing Home, London, Ruth went home to her Lord on Friday, April 5, 2019, in her 42nd year. She was the cherished daughter of Wesley and Elizabeth Clow (2018 and 2005 respectively), and is lovingly remembered by her siblings:  Louise, Jonathon, Jan (Glenn) Close, Dan (Sue), Faith (Don) McKay and their families. Ruth loved and appreciated her extended family of amazing caregivers on the second floor of Chelsey Park and her caring community at WestPark Church. A thankful celebration of her life will be held Friday, April 12, 2019, at 11:00 a.m. at WESTPARK CHURCH, 955 Gainsborough Road, London. Those wishing to make a donation in memory of Ruth are asked to consider WestPark Church.

We are sad to lose our dear friend Trouble, but rejoice for her as she dances pain free, with the angels. Our thoughts & prayers are with the Clow family as they poured out their love for their dear sister. Hugs ~

So sorry to hear of Ruth's passing. Despite lifelong challenges she showed such interest in others and shared that big smile freely! We know her prayers have been answered and that she will be at peace. Deepest sympathy to all of Ruth's family.

We will miss Ruthie, but know that she is with her Lord and Saviour. Praising Him with her Mom and Dad, Liz and Wes. That sparkle in Ruthie's eyes and the radiant smile. She was a true missionary sharing God's love and care. Our thoughts and prayers are with her family at this time. Thanks you God for letting us know such a gentle soul as Ruth.

We are praising the Lord that Ruthie is totally healed and rejoicing and worshiping with her Lord and Savior. She will be greatly missed. Praying for all of her brothers and sisters and their families. We remember her fondly at Central Baptist Church.

My thoughts and prayers are with all of the Clow family. I will always remember Ruth for her big smile and her out going personality even after a few years had past when I had seen her last. She was an amazing, caring, thoughtful young woman whom I was very blessed to have met. She truly was an inspiration.

We will miss Ruth but we are happy that she is now pain free and is able to be with her Mom and Dad in Heaven. Our thoughts and prayers are with the Clow family as they grieve the loss of Ruthie.

Ruth was a cheerful, friendly person who drew people to her like a magnet. The kids at C.C.S. loved her and we will remember her with affection. We're thankful that she is with the Lord today.
