A sweet soul has passed away. I will remember Margo for her kindness, her love for Uncle Bern and of course, her passion for the Montreal Canadians. Rest in peace Aunt Margo. With love, Monica

When I first met Margaret back in the mid-1970s, I was struck by how kind and full of life she was. She was a wonderful person to be around. And yes, she loved the Montreal Canadians, in particular Peter Mahovlich and Guy Lafleur. Sincere condolences to the entire family and her many friends. Margo will be missed and fondly remembered by all who knew her.

Remembeing the good time we had together at Perth Road Village. A long time ago but we were glad to visit with you and Bernie, and especially glad to meet the parents of our soon to be daughter-in-law Cindy.

Cindy, John & family, Please accept my sincere condolences. I did not have the privilege of meeting Margo, but from what I've read of her, being an avid Montreal Canadiens fan, she must have been an incredible person.

You were the best Grandma and you were great to all of us. Very caring, gentle, and generous you always lit up the room with your smile. I will always remember the day you picked up Eddie and I from Day Care and took us out for lunch, and all the Christmas's at your house. We will all miss you very much. Rest in peace. I love you.

~ Samantha DeWit

Margo taught across the hall from me at Princess Elizabeth Elementary School in the 1960's. She was a great teacher and had a wonderful sense of humour. She was very caring and compassionate toward her students and was always so well organized. She'll be missed by so many but we'll always remember her kind ways. Our sincere condolences to her family and friends.

Bernie, I am so sorry to hear of the passing of Margo. You have my deepest sympathy. It's been many years since I've seen you both but I will never forget your visits to Stratford, to see mom and dad, when I was a young girl. You all had such fun together. My thoughts are with you and your family at this sad time. Take Care.
