ASHER, Lenore – At University Hospital, on Wednesday, May 2nd, 2012, with family at her side, Mrs. Lenore M. (Tisdale-Burch-Welsh) Asher of London in her 84th year. Wife of the late Bill Asher (2000), the late Dick Welsh and the late Don Burch (1963). Loving mother of Scott Burch of London and Martha (Grant) Chisholme of Georgetown. Dear sister of Ken (Pat) Tisdale of London. Much loved Nana of Garett and Brieta. Missed also by her sister-in-law Marilyn Rushton of Markham. Visitation will be held on Friday from 7:00 – 9:00 p.m. at the WESTVIEW FUNERAL CHAPEL, 709 Wonderland Road North, where the funeral service will be conducted on Saturday, May 5th, 2012 at 11:00 a.m. Cremation with private family interment of ashes at a later date. Those wishing to make a donation in memory of Lenore are asked to consider the Jennifer Ashleigh Children’s Charity or the Canadian National Society of the Deaf-Blind.

We are saddened to hear of Lenore's passing. She was a great friend of Rob's mother (Marion Lawton Tuer, deceased 2007) for 50 years.
