Very sad to hear that Unlce Larry has passed away. He was a great man, and a fighter for many years. I have good memories of him at family Christmas parties, I remember getting his name a few times in the gift exchange, he would always be so grateful. It meant a lot as a child having an uncle appreciate what I had picked out. He will be missed greatly. RIP.

Growing up with Teresa, and living a few houses down the street, I spent many a day at the Hawke household. Mr. Hawke, (Larry) was always so welcoming to me, and made me feel like I was always one of the family. His generous spirit, and wonderful smile and laugh is a memory that I will always have. It was truly my pleasure to know him. My condolences go out to the entire family. He will be missed by many. Thinking of you all at this difficult time. Sincerely, Anne Quigg

Mike".... I remember when I first met you 38 years ago in the summer time and being at your house visiting you and your family and your dad outside cooking good steaks on the barbecue laughing and enjoying his day with his family. Mike your parents would aways welcomed friends of there kids into there home and I will always remember that. I know your dad put up a long fight with cancer but he kept on smiling and laughing his way to the golf course because he chose to keep living as long as he can. To Mike and Carol and the Hawke family my heart goes out to you at this time. Always remember the fun and good times you shared with him. Wayne O'Reilly
