Passed away peacefully on Sunday, October 1st, 2017 at Parkwood Institute, at the age of 76, with family by his side. Loving husband of Sandra for 50 years. Beloved father of Lisa Shaw (Steven) and Andrea Worden (Kevin). Proud Papa of Blair Shaw, Stephanie Shaw and Andrew Worden. Dearest brother of Eileen Mason (Tom) and Verla Luxton (Bill). Cherished uncle of David, Nancy, John and Jeffrey. Keith will also be truly missed by extended family and many friends. Cremation has taken place. Visitation will be held on Thursday from 2:00 – 4:00 p.m. and 7:00 – 9:00 p.m. at WESTVIEW FUNERAL CHAPEL, 709 Wonderland Road North, London where the memorial service will be conducted on Friday, October 6th, 2017 at 11:00 a.m. Those wishing to make a donation in Keith’s memory are asked to consider the London Regional Cancer Program or Parkinson Society Southwestern Ontario.
