At University Hospital, Palliative Care Unit, on Friday, June 26th, 2015, in her 77th year. Beloved wife of Kenneth for the past 50 years. Loving mother of Susan (Naresh) and David (Sherry). Greatly loved by her grandchildren Chantal, Kiran, Shayne, and Cameron. Sister of Gerald Phillips (Bonnie), of Dutton, and sister-in-law of Carol (Ted), of Florida, and Edith, of Ingersoll. Predeceased by her granddaughter Dana, her brother William, of Ingersoll, and her sisters-in-law Violet (Wally), of Ingersoll and Bev. A heartfelt ‘thank you’ to Dr. Koivu, Dr. Manji, Dr. Khot, and Dr. Rukavina, as well as to all of the staff and nurses on the 8th, 9th, and 10th floors at University Hospital for their excellent care in Kathy’s time of need. Visitation will be held on Wednesday from 2:00 – 4:00 and 7:00 – 9:00 p.m. at the WESTVIEW FUNERAL CHAPEL, 709 Wonderland Road North, London, where the funeral service will be conducted on Thursday, July 2nd, 2015 at 1:00 p.m., with Rev. Ruth Ferrier officiating. Private interment at Ingersoll Rural Cemetery. Those wishing to make a donation in memory of Kathy are asked to consider the L.H.S.F. – London Regional Cancer Program.

Aunt Kathy was small in stature but mighty in character. Always smiling and positive...an easy person to love and admire. She will be missed by us all but we will carry the memories of our time with her forever. We are lucky to have had Aunt Kathy in our lives.
