Peacefully, at St. Joseph’s Hospice, London on Friday, November 27, 2015, in her 57th year. Beloved mother of Stephanie and her fiancé Greg Spencer, and Beth and her husband Jeff Armstrong. Dear sister of Cathy Seguin (Norm), Don Haggart (Pam) and Bruce Haggart (Cindy). Karen will also be missed by her loving nieces, nephews and friends. Visitation will be held on Monday from 7:00-9:00 p.m. at WESTVIEW FUNERAL CHAPEL, 709 Wonderland Road North, London, where the memorial service will be conducted on Tuesday, December 1, 2015 at 11:00 a.m. In lieu of flowers, donations in memory of Karen may be made to SickKids Foundation.
