Passed away at Victoria Hospital, on Saturday, February 1, 2020, at the age of 28. Loved by his mother and stepfather Jackie & Rick Wilkinson, and his father and stepmother Paul Hartman & Shelley Parachoniak. Cherished by his sister Jenna and twin brother Mike (Rebecca Penney). Treasured by maternal grandparents Brian & Anne Jones, and paternal grandparents Joe & the late Jean Hartman. Missed nephew of: Judy Hartman, Vicki & Scott Hicks, Jo Ann & the late Kevin Gilmour, Bill & Hong Jones, and Timothy & Cathy Jones. Remembered by several cousins, and by his girlfriend Rachelle Litt. At the family’s request, there will be no service. Those wishing to make a donation in memory of John are asked to consider the Canadian Mental Health Association Middlesex.
Until We Meet Again
Those special memories of you will always bring a smile, if only I could have you back for just a while. Then we could sit and talk again just like we used to do. You always meant so very much and always will do too. The fact that you’re no longer here will always cause me pain. But you’re forever in my heart until we meet again.

Our sincerest condolences on the tragic loss of John. Our family lives with the pain of a sudden and unexpected death of a young person, my nephew. There are no words......know that you are in our thoughts and prayers.

Since the first time I met John I knew he was a special kind of person. He was goofy, insightful and caring. Although on the surface he was quiet and reserved, once you got him talking he had a lot to say. I then had to pleasure of meeting his family and loved ones. His love and admiration for his brother and sister was obvious. He deeply loved his mother and father and grandparents and had a wonderful and loving extended family of exceptional people. I have never stopped thinking of him since we last talked. My deepest sympathies go to his girlfriend, mother, father, brother and sister. The world has suffered such a great loss. Love, Allison

John what can I have to say first. I have so much to say about you. You're my best friend ever since I've known you a decade ago. The time we spent together hanging out you put your family, girlfriend and friends before yourself. The most caring, loving and happy person to be around was you John. You'll be missed by everyone and I'll miss you John. This decade will always be remembered by you. We love you John and will always.

One of the most loving, genuine and kind spirited people I have ever had the pleasure of spending time with. Even in your darkest moments you were there to assist and care for those who were close to you. My condolences to everybody who had the opportunity to spend even a moment with this man.
